Without ReatogoLogon you only have fixed boot parameters.

This is fine as long as you always know in advance what kind of computer you want to boot with your Reatogo recovery CD.

ReatogoLogon  adds the flexibility of "Custom Boot Profiles", "Multi Shell" and "Password Protection"

ReatogoLogon

 ... puts you in control

It gives you full control over the boot process and the flexibility to pick a boot scenario that suits the particular computer you are working on.

Everything is pre-configured to give you a practical starting point for your own tweaks ...

You whould normally use your fully featured "Normal Reatogo" boot profile (F3) with the full XPE environment.

But if you have to boot one of those older, low resource boxes, you just press "F1" to select the "low ram" profile.

If write access to a hard drive is ok., you can even boot such an old box into a fully featured Explorer shell environment using "F2" (low ram de luxe).

Without ReatogoLogon you whould only have fixed boot parameters. This is fine as long as you always know in advance what kind of computer you want to boot with your Reatogo recovery CD.

If that is the case for you, ReatogoLogon can also be run in "SilentBoot" mode where you donīt get all these boot prompts and boot directly into Explorer.

With your boot profiles you can preconfigure different boot scenarious with a particular shell and the key parameters for ram drive etc.. You can have an unlimited number of alternative shells on your CD and even swap them any time after boot.

The most important three Boot profiles are already pre-configured as ready-to-use examples for you:

"Low Ram", "Low Ram de Luxe" and "Normal Reatogo". But a total of 9 boot profiles should give you the full flexibility for your own profiles.

You can also have Password Protection to avoid unothorized use of your CD and also use the password to lock the system after boot temporarely if you have to leave the computer unattended for a while.
